Using this site

The information here is general. Our services, the areas we cover and when we're available can change. If something matters for your job, call or text us to check.

Estimates and scheduling

Estimates are free. We confirm your price with you before any work starts. Same-day service is often available, but it's never guaranteed.

What we take

We can decline items we're not able to take safely or legally. See what we take, or text us a photo and ask.

Photos and details you send

When you send us photos or job details, you confirm you're allowed to share them. We use them only to give you a quote and do your job.

Text messages

If you text us, or pick “Text me” on the estimate form, you agree that we can text you about your request: quotes, scheduling and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of getting service. We never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Reviews and outside links

Reviews on this site belong to the people who wrote them and the platforms they were posted on (Google, Thumbtack, BBB). Links to other sites are there to help you, but we're not responsible for those sites.

Our logo, the Junk Monster, our photos and the text on this site belong to McWain Hauling & Junk Removal. Please don't copy them without our permission.
